How to register as a new member?
- Register an account with us by clicking at the top right corner, then click Login / Register.
- Click "New Customer" and fill in all your details.
How to make an order?

Choose which brand you prefer.

Click on the product for more details.

Click on the quantity you want to order ("+" (to add) or "-" (to minus)), then click ADD TO BAG.

Click "CONTINUE SHOPPING" if you want to order other products or click "CHECKOUT" to confirm your order.

Click "Use Reward Points", then type in how much points you want to use, and click CHECKOUT.

Next, fill in your Shipping Address. If your shipping address already displayed and correct, just click on your address and click CONTINUE or use a new address by clicking "Or use a New address".

Check the details of your ordering. If confirm correct, click CONFIRM ORDER.

Select the preferred method of delivery and payment (Bank Transfer or Curlec), remember to click Terms of Service and click "CONTINUE".

Choose your preferred payment method (Credit Card, E-Wallet or FPX Online Banking) and click "PAY NOW".
Do you accept bank transfer?
Yes, we do. Bank details will be provided after you click Bank Transfer as your payment method. Remember to attach your payment receipt after you have made the payment as proof.

After you click CHECKOUT, select "Use Reward Points", then type in how much points you want to use, and click CHECKOUT.
** Please note that you need to login to your account in order for you to apply this Reward Credit. -
How do you get Chobe Reward Credit?
When you make an order and complete your payment, you will receive Chobe Reward Credit automatically direct to your account. You can use it on your next order as a discount or you can accumulate your Chobe Reward Points and use it later.
Calculation: RM1 = 1 Chobe Reward Credit
Expiry Date: 1 year from the date you purchased your order.
You may also get Chobe Reward Credit from our competition, events and etc.
What if we received the wrong flavors or damage?
Please LIVECHAT or send an email to us ([email protected]) and we will get back to you with instructions. We may need you to take a photo and sent to us for verification. Payment receipt is needed for this verification.
